DELIVERY TERMS

Free Shipping for bulk orders
On orders of $500 or more. Simply look for the  logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total S$500 or more, your order ships FREE!

Flat Rate Delivery for all orders
We provide island-wide delivery service at $20 flat rate per address.
There will be an additional $10 delivery surcharge for deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island.

Business/Hotel address deliveries
Orders are typically delivered during working hours. Please be aware that we may leave the gift with the front desk or security, subject to the delivery restrictions of the business building.

As our products are mostly perishables to be CONSUMED IMMEDIATELY, we recommend choosing a delivery date and time (and location) that your recipient (or a representative) can receive the gift personally.
  • Orders that were not picked up from delivery personnel at the stated address and date shared by client, will be forfeited.
  • Request for re-delivery of order on a different date or pick up location will not be available.

We strongly recommend INFORMING your recipient about the delivery in advance. As our products are highly perishable, washed and freshly prepared fruits should be consumed or stored in fridge immediately. Rainbowly will not be liable if products are found unsatisfactory after deliveries are accepted in good condition.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that contact details and delivery address are in full and accurate.
  • Due to the nature of our Perishable Products, Request for re-delivery of an order on a different date or pick up location will not be available
  • Please kindly check your email receipt and notify us ASAP if the address or contact details are incorrect.
